15-Week Comprehensive DTP and Computer Graphics Course.
This 15-week Comprehensive course is ideal for anyone interested in entering the dynamic world of communications as a professional.
The next course starts on 3 May and runs from Mondays to Thursdays in the mornings (08h00-12h00) or afternoons (12h30-16h30). The cost is R16400. Previous computer experience is not essential, although it is obviously an advantage..
The modules covered are Basic Design, Layout and Typography, Macintosh Basics, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop and an introduction to Freehand.
Students write both theory and practical tests after each module and will also have an opportunity to compile their own personal portfolios and CVs.
On completion of the full course, the student will write a final examination which includes both practical and theory. The minimum pass mark is 80% and a Certificate will be awarded to each student on graduation.
